We are so exited to introduce you to Lindsay Marentette, ECE educator and Owner/Toy Maker at Lima Bean Toys. She creates beautiful wooden, open ended toys in Denver, Colorado. Lindsay's time in the ECE classroom led her to start Lima Bean Toys. Her toys inspire a child's creativity and imagination. They represent each child and their families which is a value that we share in the shop. We are proud to offer her beautiful creations in the shop and to support a fellow woman owned, small Denver business.

We are so happy to share with you "Once Upon A Time,"by Holly Barton Lopez. Holly was an educator for 25 years and also happens to be my Mother In Law. She taught art in ECE and grade schools in Colorado and then taught ESL in to grade school students in Massachusetts. She is a master storyteller who weaves inspiring and colorful tales that spark imagination. "Once Upon A Time" discusses the importance of story telling at home and in the classroom.
